The Center for International Affairs (CIA) serves as a strategic unit of Thammasat Business School in building global collaborations with well-respected institutions, promoting international recognitions and providing professional services for faculty members, scholars and students regarding international exchange & internship programs, research initiatives and non-academic activities. Our mission is to equip TBS students with life-long learning competencies in a globally rich, diverse culture and to enable TBS faculty to explore international opportunities in both academic and teaching experiences.
WHY WE ARE UNIQUE – UNPARALLELED OPPORTUNITY!
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
TBS has partnered with over 70 well-reputed business schools around the world which allow our students, both undergraduate and graduate students, to study at the selected partner university for one or two semesters by paying the TBS tuition fee rate. Each year TBS sends over 80 students, most of which are the BBA students, abroad and receives around 75 incoming foreign exchange students across continents. A bundled program between Spring exchange and Summer internship is exclusively offered for incoming exchange students in the Spring semester. The program provides full-time, non-credit bearing experiences that allow the students to gain a true cultural and professional immersion in international organizations or multinational corporations. The Center will facilitate the entire process of the internship application, ranging from counseling, company selection, visa extension and informal orientation, provisional that the students are officially accepted by the hosting organizations.
